Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and we issue a written confirmation. Final balances are due by the date stated in your confirmation.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the notice given before departure and on supplier terms. See our Payment Policy for details.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the appropriate US visa. We provide an itinerary and confirmation letter to support your visa application but cannot guarantee visa approval.

Liability

TourAmericas acts as an agent for transport, accommodation and activity providers and is not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
